Who you are agreeing with
Goodhaul is a small independent project operated from the State of Georgia, USA. In these terms, "we" and "Goodhaul" mean the operator of this site, and "you" means you or the business you represent.
There is no company behind it yet, and nothing here is for sale. If Goodhaul incorporates, the company name and registered address will appear here before anything is charged.

1. What Goodhaul is today
Goodhaul is a product seeding tracker being built for consumer brands on Shopify. The application has not launched and nothing on this site is for sale. What exists today is this website, a free spreadsheet tracker, and an email list you can join.
Anything describing what the app will do is a description of what we intend to build. It is not a promise that a specific feature will exist, or exist in that form, or arrive by a particular date.
2. The free tracker
The tracker is a spreadsheet we give away in exchange for an email address. Use it for your own business, commercially, for as long as you like, at no cost. Please do not resell it or pass it off as your own product.
It is provided as is. The formulas are ones we believe are correct, but check the numbers before you make a business decision with them.
3. The email list
Joining the list gets you the tracker and occasional updates on how the build is going, including news when founding spots open. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works. Leave whenever you want.
Joining the founding list reserves nothing legally and costs nothing. It means we will contact you before spots open. It is not a contract to buy.
4. Fair use of this site
Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or to interfere with it working. The text, design and tracker are ours; do not republish them as your own.
5. No warranties, and limits on liability
This site and the tracker are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the tracker. Since we currently charge you nothing, any liability we do have is limited accordingly.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms, and the date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects you, we will say so on the list before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
